USL Playoffs: Toros open playoffs vs OKC Energy

The Rio Grande Valley FC Toros (14,7,9) have advanced to playoffs and will be hosting OKC Energy FC (10,7,13). The match will take place Saturday, October 1st at the Practice Fields at H-E-B Park.

Rio Grande Valley finished the season second in the Western Conference and as a result the club has been matched up against seventh place OKC Energy FC. The two teams have faced each other three times in the regular season with RGV FC holding the edge in the series. The Toros defeated OKC Energy FC in their first match up 3-0 back in June 11. The other two matches have been 0-0 draws.
