When do gates open?
Gates will open an hour before kickoff. Be sure to follow the @rgvfc on social media or check the website for any changes.
Does a baby/child need a ticket for admission?
Children two years old and younger do not require a ticket for admission.
Will there be something to do for kids?
We offer a Kids Zone, parents cannot leave children unattended and must sign a waiver.
Where can we buy Toros merchandise?
The Toros Team Store is located on the west side of stadium near the main entrance.
Is outside food and drink allowed?
No, but our concessions offer various food and drink options.
Will there be an autograph session after the game?
We can not guarantee certain players for autograph sessions, but our players love interacting with the fans! Following the game, some players are more than happy to walk up to fans to sign some autographs.
What types of bags are allowed in the stadium?
Only clear bags are allowed. Medically necessary bags and diaper bags are the only exceptions.
What time does the box office open?
Our box office opens at 10:00 AM.
Are pets allowed?
No, only service animals are allowed.
Can I bring my camera?
Yes, but no detachable lenses.
Is re-entry into the stadium allowed?
Upon entering through the grandstand / VIP gates at H-E-B Park and having ticket scanned, no re-entry after exit will be permitted. Guests exiting the venue grandstand / VIP gates at any time during the event will not be permitted to re-enter the venue.
